Our homes on Bryce are well suited for those who desire a spacious, well appointed home with minimal grounds maintenance. Each house envelopes a central courtyard and features 3 bedrooms, each with its own bath, formal dining, and a spacious kitchen which opens to the family room. Inspiration for Bryce Avenue came from a beautiful project we discovered while on a pilgrimage to Shaker Heights, an affluent suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, and one of America’s great early 20th century suburbs. The project, built in the 1920’s, was a snug arrangement of English Country style townhouses situated around a crescent shaped lawn. While very dense, much more so than Bryce, the scale was brilliantly managed with upper floors contained within roof lines and peeking out through dormer windows. We have taken a similar approach at Bryce and look forward to seeing it take shape!
