Rooted in Style
Every city has its great neighborhoods and Rivercrest is as fine a neighborhood as you will find in any city. Situated north of Camp Bowie Boulevard between Clover Lane and Merrick Avenue, Rivercrest surrounds the scenic River Crest Country Club, Fort Worth’s oldest country club built in 1911. The district boasts some of the city’s most notable estates and gracious Pre WWII houses perched along scenic bluffs overlooking the West Fork of the Trinity River, as well as a fine collection of vintage cottages and bungalows on modest sized lots. Camp Bowie Boulevard is the commercial backbone of West Fort Worth, forming the southern border of Rivercrest. Its indelible red bricks and litany of great shops and restaurants add a unique charm unrivaled in the Southwest. Fort Worth’s famed Cultural District lies just a few blocks to the east along the boulevard, and downtown is only three miles away.
Recent years have brought considerable revitalization in Rivercrest as neglected smaller homes have been replaced with new houses. Having built more than 40 new homes in Rivercrest since 1998, we have played a vital role in this neighborhood renaissance and we will continue to do so. We aspire to set the benchmark for quality by employing historic inspiration, meticulous detail, and instinctive artisanship, making Rivercrest increasingly more beautiful one house at a time.
